ReWorkflow 2026 Texas Slate Users Group Prize Drawing Official Terms & Conditions
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
Four (4) prizes will be awarded, including one (1) Grand Prize custom Slate portal and three (3) one-hour Slate Support prizes.

This prize drawing is sponsored by ReWorkflow, LLC ("Sponsor"), located in the United States.
Event
This prize drawing is being conducted in connection with the 2026 Texas Slate Users Group meeting taking place in Texas on Wednesday, October 7, 2026.
Eligibility

Entrants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

Entrants must be attending the 2026 Texas Slate Users Group meeting in Texas on Wednesday, October 7, 2026.

Entrants must be employed by or representing a higher education institution, educational organization, or related entity.

The represented institution must maintain an active Slate environment to be eligible to receive the Grand Prize portal.

Entrants must complete the official ReWorkflow 2026 Texas Slate Users Group prize drawing entry form during the applicable promotion period.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of ReWorkflow are not eligible to enter or win.
Promotion Period
Entries will be accepted on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, during the official prize drawing period established by ReWorkflow at the 2026 Texas Slate Users Group meeting.
Entries must be received before the prize drawing entry period closes. Entries submitted after the stated deadline will not be eligible.
How to Enter
Eligible participants may enter by completing the official ReWorkflow 2026 Texas Slate Users Group prize drawing entry form during the applicable promotion period.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries submitted by the same individual may be disqualified at Sponsor's discretion.
Prizes
A total of four (4) prizes will be awarded.
Grand Prize: Custom Slate Portal
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a custom Slate portal designed and built by ReWorkflow.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,950 USD.
The Grand Prize includes up to ten (10) hours of professional services dedicated to the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of one (1) custom Slate portal within the winning institution's Slate environment.
Slate Support Prizes
Three (3) additional winners will each receive one (1) hour of general Slate support services provided by ReWorkflow.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $295 USD per Slate Support prize.
Grand Prize Portal Options
The Grand Prize winning institution may select one (1) of the following portal options:
- Admissions Counselor Hub: A portal designed to provide admissions counselors with quick access to assigned students, key metrics, communication tools, and commonly used Slate resources.
- Reporting Dashboard: A portal focused on visualizing enrollment, recruitment, application, or operational data through custom dashboard components and reporting views.
- Events & Scheduler Portal: A portal designed to support event management, registration oversight, visitor tracking, and scheduler-related workflows.
Grand Prize Restrictions

The Grand Prize must be redeemed within 30 days of winner notification.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, refunds, or other services.

The Grand Prize includes a maximum of ten (10) hours of ReWorkflow professional services.

The final scope must align with one of the designated portal options described above.

The winning institution must provide ReWorkflow with appropriate Slate access, stakeholder availability, institutional content, and other information reasonably necessary to complete the project.

Portal design, functionality, scope, and implementation approach are subject to ReWorkflow's technical feasibility review.

ReWorkflow reserves the right to refine or limit the project scope to ensure completion within the allotted ten (10) professional service hours.

Any work requested beyond the included ten (10) hours requires a separate paid engagement and written institutional approval.
Grand Prize Exclusions
The Grand Prize does not include:

New Slate implementation services.
-
Full-scale portal ecosystems or multiple portal builds.
-
Custom software development outside of Slate.
-
External application development.
-
Third-party software integrations.
-
API development or advanced integration work.
-
Data migration or data cleanup projects.
-
Complex reporting architecture requiring significant new query, dataset, source-format, or reporting development.
-
Services requiring more than ten (10) hours of effort.
Grand Prize Consultation & Scope Definition
Prior to project initiation, ReWorkflow will conduct a consultation with the Grand Prize winning institution to confirm requirements, review the institution's existing Slate configuration, and select an eligible portal option.
ReWorkflow reserves the right to modify, refine, or limit requested functionality to ensure that the portal can reasonably be completed within the allotted ten (10) professional service hours.
Grand Prize Deliverables
Upon completion, the winning institution will receive one (1) functional Slate portal configured within its Slate environment and prepared for institutional testing and use.
Final deliverables may vary based on the selected portal type, available institutional data, existing Slate configuration, institutional requirements, and technical feasibility.
Slate Support Prize Restrictions
Each of the three (3) one-hour Slate Support prizes is subject to the following conditions:

The support session must be redeemed within twelve (3) months of winner notification.

The prize is non-transferable.
-
The prize may not be exchanged for cash, credit, refunds, or other services.
-
Each prize includes up to one (1) hour of general Slate support services.
-
The support session will be scheduled at a mutually agreed date and time.
-
The support session may be delivered virtually.
The one-hour Slate Support prizes may not be used for:

Custom development projects requiring work beyond the one-hour support session.
-
Large implementation engagements.
-
Statement-of-work services.
-
Work requiring substantial discovery, development, or project management.
-
Work that conflicts with existing consulting, contractual, or professional service agreements.
Winner Selection
Four (4) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.
One (1) eligible entrant will be selected as the Grand Prize winner of the custom Slate portal.
Three (3) additional eligible entrants will each be selected to receive one (1) one-hour Slate Support prize.
An entrant may receive no more than one (1) prize through this prize drawing.
The drawings will occur following the conclusion of the prize drawing entry period.
Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the promotion period.
Winner Notification
Selected winners will be notified using the contact information provided on the entry form.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted, declines the prize, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to respond within fourteen (14) calendar days of notification, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
For the Grand Prize, Sponsor may also select an alternate winner if the winning institution cannot provide the Slate access, stakeholder participation, information, institutional resources, or other materials reasonably necessary to complete the portal project.
Publicity
By accepting a prize, each winner grants ReWorkflow permission to announce the winner's name and institution for promotional purposes related to the prize drawing without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
The Grand Prize winner also grants ReWorkflow permission to identify the selected portal category in connection with such announcements.
Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, local, or other taxes, fees, or reporting obligations associated with acceptance or use of a prize, if applicable.
Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless ReWorkflow, its employees, contractors, representatives, affiliates, and agents from any liability, claims, losses, or damages arising out of participation in the prize drawing, acceptance or use of a prize, participation in a Slate Support session, or use of a completed portal.
Privacy
Information collected through the prize drawing entry form may be used to administer the prize drawing, verify eligibility, contact winners, fulfill prizes, and communicate with entrants regarding ReWorkflow services.
General Conditions
ReWorkflow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the prize drawing if fraud, technical failures, event changes, circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Terms & Conditions, interferes with the entry process, submits fraudulent or duplicate information, or otherwise attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the prize drawing.
Sponsor's decisions regarding eligibility, winner selection, prize fulfillment, portal scope, technical feasibility, and all other aspects of the prize drawing are final and binding.
